You are sure to find options that meet your client's budget. At the same time, NY HealthCheck offers standard brokers commissions
to you. To obtain a quote, we will need a census of the company’s
employees. This includes the number of employees, employee birth dates, gender, and birth dates of dependents to be covered.
Acceptance into NY Healthcheck is contingent on meeting our carrier's underwriting guidelines. Before you can place business with NY HealthCheck, you must provide us with a signed Producer's Agreement.
In addition, your client must be a member of the Association of New York Health
Care Facilities. The Association is a not-for-profit, nonpartisan membership organization. Membership in the Association
is $400 per year.
