To join NY HealthCheck, a company must be located in New York State and be a member of Association of New York Health Care Facilities. The Association is a not-for-profit, nonpartisan membership organization. Membership in the Association is $400 per year.

Acceptance into NY HealthCheck is contingent on meeting our carrier's underwriting guidelines.
